What people are saying about Lagos, Portugal
Our tour started in Lagos and we were picked up as close as possible to our accommodation, we then went to pick up other participants and went to Sagres to visit the Fortress and to the St Vincent Cape to enjoy breathtaking view from the lighthouse’ cliffs. Our guide, Antonio, was passionate and knowledgeable about the local history, wildlife and culture of Algarve and was very friendly and enthusiastic, ready to answer all our questions and we never felt the tour was being rushed. He even stopped a couple of extra times during the trip to let us take pictures of some beautiful spots along the coast.
Well worth the money and better hands on view then most of the tour boats we saw.
Great way to see the sights from afar. Book your ride on smaller motorboats if you wish to see the grottos and caves up close. Otherwise this is a great option to soak in the sun, have drinks and party with the rest of the crowd. Great way to meet people and enjoy the experience. The hosts on the boat were courteous and extremely hospitable.
Good fun and the caves and rocks were stunning. Tip: on the way back we got sprayed a few times by the choppy sea so take a towel.
Antonio was a warm, accommodating and knowledgeable guide who took us to a wide array of beautiful west coast beaches, each one spectacular and unique, as well as Sagres, Cabo de Sao Vincente and Aljezur. Highly recommended!
