Explore another side of Japanese culture by joining a traditional origami class, which is the revered art of making figures by folding paper. Learn how to fold 4 different patterns, one being the famous paper crane, with the help from your local instructor. Take home your creations from the class as your own personal souvenirs.

During you class, your teacher will give you instructions step by step and you can make 4 different patterns from easier to complicated. No need to feel worried about not being able to create all the traditional patterns as you will receive all the support you need along the way.

One of the most popular origami figures is the attractive looking orizuru (a folded-paper crane). In Japan, people make paper cranes to pray for peace or happiness for a beloved person. Take the opportunity to discover this integral part of Japanese culture.
