Popular Nature & Panorama in Krupowki Street

Thoroughly enjoyed our day in the mountains especially the picturesque photo opportunities. We stopped at loads of different places to see points of interest so it never felt too much time was spent on the minibus. Gregory our guide was the best we had from all of our trips. Friendly and in-depth knowledge. He tried very hard to make it the day we wanted rather than just following the itinerary. The thermal baths were busy of course but the facilities of the place were good, again Gregory showed us what was what so we knew what to do. The baths were super relaxing and being outside in warm water with views of the mountains was special. We all said though, we should have visited the mountains and baths on our last day to relax after the many miles we had covered in Kracow! We know next time!

The excursion itself was a nice experience however I had to call the local partner twice to get to know the pick up time. They were very nice and helpful but other providers communicate straight away. Driver was very 'robotic'. Although he drove us to all sites mentioned in the programme he had poor knowledge and lack of customer skills compared to other drivers. It is not a complaint about the driver but a little bit of attention to clients would make this excursion an excellent one rather than a good one.

So much more than we could ever had imagined. Beautiful scenery lovely stop at the cheese farm which included Maliec our driver cooking us a polish cheese and cranberry snack with lemon vodka. Our driver was informative and extremely kind Zakopane is a lovely village. The whole day was magical. The thermal bath was amazing 2.5 hours totally relaxation if you have the time it’s just a given. Spectacular special day thank you. Absolutely the best value for money.

Good trip. Excellent Lokal smoked cheese taste. Beatiful mountain scenery. Plenty of people although it was a low season. Highest mountain 2,5 km. The train to 1.2 meters was great, beautiful scenery. 1962/when I was a child I remember Finnish skiet Mäntyranta won 30 km competition. The center is lovely, lot of food and drink Places. We visited also the thermal Spa. Warm water inside and outside, the bodies felt newborn ! Our driver and guide was excellent.

The tour guide was great, she was knowledgeable, punctual, and organized. The cheese making factory was awesome. Too bad my cheese melted by the time I was back to hotel. Room for improvement: 1. Give more time at Zakopane (4 hours at least) we had just under 3 hrs. 2. Clearly indicate the items, such as museum in there itenary so we know what we get! Thank you El
