On time , very informative. Guide was so polite and attentive! Couldn’t of asked for better. Had a good amount of time in stops. My advice is make sure you go to the toilet before hand as the stops include cafés which mean you have to pay for an item before using the toilet. Added bonus of the Eagles Pharmacy in the Ghetto. Would recommend using this tour for seeing the jewish quarter , Ghetto and Schindler’s factory. Much better than being pestered by ‘locals’ who all claim to be the cheapest and have the best when in fact they don’t have factory tickets included. Well this tour did and we didnt have to wait in the queue. Not a guided tour but was easy enough to manoeuvre around the museum yourself. Just be mindful that other tours are in big groups and this can slow you down as it is hrd to get around them. Thanks again / Diolch yn fawr Rhiannon and Nathan (Wales, UK)

Tour was ok but not long enough. 10 minutes at the pharmacy in the ghetto when it could take about 1 hour to see and read everything. 1 1/2 hours at schindlers museum, could easily have been there for 3-4 hours. Kris, the original guide was very informative and spoke good english. However, Kris did not pick us up after the shindlers museum visit. The guide who did pick us up spoke very little english and was very rude. A girl on the tour, i think she was latvian had arranged with Kris to be dropped off at the jewidh quarter on the way back but this new guide refused to fo this. He said the only drop off points were the main square or the castle, my party opted for the main square and the latvian girl asked to go to the castle. When my party was dropped off the guide told this girl to get out as well. She said again she wanted off at the castle and yhe guide replied the tour was over and to get out of the bus. Needless to say he didnt get a tip. Very rude.
