• Customers who book a ticket with a travel date in 2020 can redeem their voucher at any point up until December 31, 2020; for tickets booked with a travel date of October 1 onwards, the normal, three-month ticket validity will apply
• Customers must redeem their vouchers at the following location: Mobile vouchers: bus stop 1. Paper vouchers: any bus stop
• Boat tour: April - October; departs from Bulvar
• A full loop of the bus tour takes 1.5 hours
• The full boat tour takes 30 minutes
• The first stop along the bus tour route is by the Radisson Blu Hotel
• Buses are wheelchair accessible
• Please note, from Monday to Friday this bus tour is currently affected by heavy traffic due to ongoing road work in the city

Excellent concept , hop on hop off. Great driver and info given was really good. Would encourage everyone to use it. However, We Booked full day ticket but bus didn't start until 2pm due to half marathon closing the streets. This reduced opportunity to just a couple of hours, but still paid for full day. Understand absolutely the bus company had no choice, but still think maybe a refund would have lessened the blow. Was leaving Krakow early the next day so couldn't use it again. Just unlucky I suppose

The ride was OK, buses on time, guide per stud in order.

Before booking should have been an info that the route because of lengthy construction work in the station area - therefore the advised departure possibilities at the main station and at the Barbakan were changed out. Therefore, an unexpected brisk walk across the old town to the nearest stop at Wawel Castle was needed.

Saw much of this beautiful city

Seems to be 3 loops which start and end at the castle. A bit of confusion as hoppers thought this was the end of the tour. Hoppers need to stay on the bus to see each loop. Only guessed this as the leaflet indicated 90 mins, each loop is 30 mins. Timetable would be a great help.
