Full description
Attend an amazing Chopin Concert and discover the polish art and feel the spirit of Kraków, which is Poland's cultural capital. This special event takes place at 7:00 PM in the Renaissance Chamber of Wierzynek, which is a restaurant with long feasting traditions inspired by the memorable Kings Feast hosted by great city councilor Mikolai Wierzynek in 1364 A.D and attended by many European monarchs.

The piano recitals are performed by gifted Kraków musicians, members of Kraków Music Academy, and winners of many international piano contests. High artistic level and great pleasure are guaranteed. The programme contains a fine selection of Chopin’s works in which Nocturnes bring memories from the time when Poland did not exist on the map of Europe. The Etudes and Mazurkas reflect the sounds of the battlefields of the Polish national struggle. Finally, the Polonaises are reminiscent of the 19th-century Polish nobleman life.

The Chopin programme is accompanied by works from other famous European composers as well as with less known Polish artist to make it even more interesting. The show last for about one hour. You will have the opportunity to listen to four different programmes played by four soloists, which vary each day of the week.
