What people are saying about Krakow

Massive amounts of information. Very polite staff.

The tour was very informative almost too informative. We watched a documentary while driving to the destination which made time go by faster. Tour guide in Auschwitz really knew her stuff. Tours could have used some rules such as no selfies/portraits since this is very disrespectful. Also it was way too crowded and I think it should be regulated so that you get the best experience. Salt mine was great very fun experience. We kind of got lost on the way back to the parking lot because the guide did not tell us how to get back from the exit. I would say not enough time to order food and eat this was due to the decision of the group to not go to the restaurant. Driver was very polite and accommodating with air conditioning. Only complaint is the bus was completely full and very cramped wished it was a smaller group tour.

Fantastic and personalized tour of Krakow!

My boyfriend and I did a private tour of Kazimierz with Seweryn and we absolutely loved it. Since we were both already quite familiar with the city and a lot of the more recent historic events that happened in Krakow, we asked Seweryn if he could give us a more cultural tour of Kazimierz and tell us about how people lived leading up to WW2. Seweryn adjusted the tour upon our request on the spot. He was so informative about everything related to Judaism and its culture and we visited a synagogue, explored off the beaten track alleyways and he told us many stories and legends of old Kazimierz. If you're looking for a more personalized and unique tour, I highly recommend this one!

Unique story told in a unique way. Very inspiring.

Although Michal's pace seemed too fast and his speech often unheard especially because of the very much lifelike noise at the museum (first few stops only), what Michal said was indeed both useful and engaging - even for a family with three kids of 14, 16, 20. The place was made famous by Spielberg's film but do not expect to see the film's set. Michal's witty tour revealed the story of WWII from a krakówian point of view and how well Christians and Jews had been living and co-operating with one another in history. Thanks Michal, it was graeat.

Superb, great tour guide and comfy transport too and from.

Really well organised, very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide with good English, it’s a very emotional day but really worth the trip, definitely recommend this company if planning on doing this tour. Pre-book before you go as the queue to get tickets on the day there was very long, so we avoided this queue by pre booking before. Take some snacks with you as it’s a long day.

Fabulous tour - really interesting and enjoyable.

Our tour guide was brilliant - very passionate about the camp and all aspects of the tour and also very knowledgeable. We were not rushed at all and had time to take in each area and to reflect. The museum is a rather tough and emotional place to visit but brilliant.
