Excellent tour, well organised. My only suggestion to make the tour better would be to allow a little more free time in each of the camps for your own exploration. There were a few things I would like to have looked at that were not part of the tour schedule but there was no free time to do so.

The company sent an email the day before the trip with the time for exact pick up, and the driver was prompt. He played a video about Auschwitz for the hour long ride to the former concentration camp. The Auschwitz guide was very knowledgeable and did well discussing the history. The driver took us to Birkenau and he was easy to find after the tour of that camp for the ride back to all our accommodations.

Informative, thought provoking, a little rushed.

The guide was pleasant and informative, and gave a very detailed and reflective tour. The first part of the tour at Auschwitz I was paced well, only hindered by the number of other groups. There were only a couple of special exhibits that were missed. At Auschwitz-Birkenau, however, we were rushed around by the guide not being given the opportunity to let the enormity of the crimes that had occurred here sink in. For example, we were not given time to view the international memorials. It was clear that the guide had a second tour coming, hence, the need for the rush, however when we arrived we were given a 20 minute break before starting?!?
