This full day trip was excellent. We visited the Salt Mines first which were amazing, definitely a “must see”. There are a lot of steps and a fair amount of walking so you need to be reasonably fit. We then had a break of about an hour, we took our own food so had time to look around the town were the Salt Mine is. Next we headed off to Auschwitz, this was very moving and we learned quite a lot that we hadn’t known before. The tour was well paced for such a long day. The guides were very good particularly Berta our guide at Auschwitz she was extremely knowledgable and professional. If taking this day tour I would recommend going on one that takes you to the Salt Mines first.

A team of responsible and professional of staff. We are really glad to have booked our tour with the company. Due to some miscommunication, we did not received the message about the change of meeting time and missed the tour bus. We called and were attended by the staff shortly. Headed to the office and the staff hired and paid for a cab to take us to the location to join to the group. Our trip will not be this pleasure without their professionalism and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

The tour was organised very well and flexible to the needs of everyone. Our guide Phillip was passionate, informative and respectful given the nature of Auschwitz. He delivered the tour is a compassionate way and added a personal touch to the experience given that is was very emotional and overwhelming at times. The salt mine tour was also very informative and interesting worth a visit. Overall the tour was 5 star and I would highly recommend it to anyone with an interest.
