Full description
The name "Auschwitz" is synonymous with atrocity and secrets clouded by mist. In this somber and eerie place we confront our history and reckon with some of the most difficult lessons of our time. Despite its darkness, Auschwitz is a place that simply must be visited and our day together will give you insight into the way this camp was run, the world of those who lived and died here and why it is that we must never forget this period of history.

The museum areas of Auschwitz-Birkenau include approximately 150 buildings and 300 ruins. See the roads, fences, watchtowers and rail ramps coupled with interesting and informative exhibits and documentation.

Auschwitz is a place that continually reminds us of man's fragility while underscoring the gift of human life. On this day trip from Krakow, discover this site and learn about one of the darkest epochs in human history.

Moving visit

Very moving visit with a guide who knew how to answer all our questions and who despite her experience always keeps this emotion during the explanations. Only small flat, we did not know how to see everything we had to see because there were too many people in the camps. However, at the level of the operator who organized the tour, the employees were not very "welcoming". It was indicated that a shuttle could pick us up from our accommodation if it was in the center (which was our case) but when we contacted the operator to organize it, he told us that it was not not possible and we had to go to one of the meeting point at 6:20 am. The driver as well as the "guide" did not speak a word of French and when we try to ask them a question for the organization, did not bother to answer us. A film was broadcast on the bus without the possibility of having a French translation.

Auschwitz is one of the places everyone should see to not forget what humankind is capable of doing. The tour was well organized and the tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable! The only part we disliked was the drive back from Auschwitz. The driver was not very friendly and on top of that, he texted and checked WhatsApp while he was driving with a bus load full of people!!!!!Totally unacceptable!

Trip was nice, but a little bit rushed. Also our guide talked fast, he wouldn’t use a coma (no time space between words), and had a thick accent. So wasn’t always easy to follow up.
