Discover monuments to the tragedy, including original buildings still standing as a sober reminder of the terrible events. Learn more about the history of the camps from an official museum guide. Visit both the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps, located just 3 kilometers apart, and then get some free time for lunch. Your driver will recommend you a good restaurant.

Excellent driver, both as our chauffeur and as a guide, he gave us lots of extra info and sightseeing - thank you so much Patryk! 11 hour activity would seem like too much for one day, but we felt it was just perfect to end an emotional day with the fantastic salt mines. Restaurant at Birkenau were disapointing, too little to choose from and you could wait 30 minutes for one pizza..

The very best way to do the tour...

Drivers were so helpful and friendly, told us loads about the places we went to and some extra stuff about Poland in general. They couldn’t have done better. Auschwitz was an emotional experience I will never forget - the guide we had was excellent. Informative and so respectful of the museum and its history. The only disappointment was that the guy that took the English speaking tour in the salt mines could not be understood by any of the English people or our Polish friend that joined us, but the day was still very well done. Would recommend the drivers and tour to anyone - so much better than a coach. Thank you to our two drivers - and tell Patrick we hope his team won the football match tonight!
