The queuing system should be explained more clearly.

What a shame that right at the start most people who joined the ‘Online purchase’ queue got up to the front, only to be told that they had to join the other very long queue! It should have been made clear that the ‘Online purchase’ queue was for those who had printed tickets only. Most people who bought tickets online, but had their tickets on their mobile phones, had to join another long queue. The Glass Sculpture itself was magnificent and I would have given the Activity 5 stars, but for the appalling queuing system.

Relaxing day immersed in beautifully cared for plants

First time at Kew. Only spent 4 hours there, so did not see everything. You must visit the Chihuly Exhibition, film show and glass sculptures elegantly placed around Kew. The Temperate House was particularly memorable. Do go upstairs for an aerial view. We took other reviewers advice and took our own drink and snacks, which were invaluable on a very hot day. I had a mobile voucher but still had to queue in the 'voucher queue'. Plenty of benches to take a rest on the way round. Fabulous!

We had a lovely day in fine weather, loved the glass sculptures.

Great day out, some very unusual and beautiful plants. The blossom was out, the colours fantastic. I particularly liked the cactus house and the glass sculptures. 240 acres is a lot of ground to cover so we only had time and energy to cover around half of the site.

Wonderful walks, fancy trees and fresh air

Kew Gardens is a great place, fresh air, an enormous variety of trees and plants. Beautiful walks and buildings, one day is definitely too short to explore the whole garden. It's a wonderful place for all ages who love walking.

A great full day of relevant historic highlights.

A great day and tour. A must for history buffs and garden aficionados. Paul was a great tour director with lots of pointers to make the day very interesting and enjoyable. We loved it and would highly recommend it.
