Great tour all around! Don't drive yourself when you can do this.

The staff at NiceTravel was helpful and organized, and made sure we got off to a great start. The small tour bus was much nicer than a big coach. It was comfortable, let us go places we couldn’t in a coach, and let us to spend more time at the sites. Robert, our tour guide, was great. He made sure we got the most out of each stop, and personalized the tour for each group. The stops were long enough so we never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to ourselves to explore. Booking a room with private bath, we were the only couple taken to the Hotel Anna, which was a great experience by itself, with a quaint Icelandic feel, and attentive staff. The rest of the group at the guesthouse came back with some great northern lights pictures. The trip from Reykjavik to Jokulsarlon is very long, and if you want to see great waterfalls along the way, stop at a black sand beach, then see glaciers, the Diamond Beach, glacier lagoon, and take a monster truck ride to an ice cave, this is your tour.

Glacier Lagoon, Blue Ice Cave & Waterfalls: 2-Day Tour Reviewed by

Exciting, fascinating, beautiful and amazing!

Our tour operator, Tiddy, was incredible. He narrated the trip with so much interesting and entertaining information. I learned so much! We were foiled by weather in the Jokulsarlon area our planned second day, so he rearranged our schedule, found us another ice cave to visit (and we even got to climb a glacier!) And brought us to all sorts of bonus places to see along the way. He was a complete professional and a very calm, friendly, funny person. ...The itinerary for the trip is just breathtaking and stunning. The black sand beach of Reynisfjara is one of the most astonishingly beautiful I've ever seen in my entire life. Also the tiny village of Hof where we spent the night is charming and at the foot of this striking mountain. ....GO ON THIS TOUR! So good.

Iceland 2-Day Tour with Ice Cave & Glacier Lagoon Reviewed by

The trip was excellent, we were so impressed about Iceland.

Our guide and driver, Mr. Hjalti Björnsonn was outstanding, really top-top. He took care about us on an excellent way till the very last minute, his knowledge about Iceland was fantastic! He gave us a few extra chances to see even more, than it had been promised. Everything was precisely organised, we were really satisfied. We do hope so, that he will be our guide our next Iceland trip again in sometime next February. The only remark is the overused and that's why a bit uncomfortable seats. After 2-3 hours travelling we were happy to stand up. The hotels were nice, most of them were really excellent.

Tour would have been amazing if they didn't extend the day

The tour itself was brilliant and as described until it was almost time to go home and the driver decided that we were going to find northern lights. This was really annoying as we had already paid for and went on a northern lights tour the previous night. The day is very long as it is so to discover everybody had to go to extra places was ridiculous. We then went to another waterfall AFTER northern lights which was bizzare. It was pitch black and freezing by this point and we'd been out for over 16 hours. It ruined what would have been an amazing day.

Don´t miss Jökulsárlon and the Diamond beach

This tour was by BusTravel Iceland. It was my first tour and I absolutely loved Jökulsárlón and the Diamond Beach, those are amazing places. Don´t stay only on the glacier lagoon, go by the beach, it is something amazing. About the tour, it was a good tour, but the time to stay on the places are really short, and the bus was good, with wifi and usb charger. I don´t really liked the tour guide, an old man that was not very nice when I asked some things, but I decided not to bother about it once the places were amazing.
