What people are saying about Jerez de la Frontera

A great show for a very reasonable price.

We drove from Mijas to Jerez to see this show ( a 2 hr 30 min journey ) but it was definitely worth it. My advice is arrive early , grab a quick drink in the coffee shop on site and then allow enough time to look around the grounds before the show starts. We saw horses being ridden and long -reined in the outside warm- up area and other horses on the horse- walker. You can also look around the tackroom. After the show ( which is in a fantastic indoor areana ) it is worth paying a small entrance fee to see a collection of carriages which are absolutely amazing. All in all a great day out and a must even if you are not generally a horse lover

History & style with wonderful horsemanship in a superb setting.

Loved most of the show however I would prefer less of ( as my husband succinctly put ) dancing bears which was referring to the in hand work & more of behind the scene veiwing in regards to seeing the stables, tack room & maybe a guide to discuss the breeding program, the mares selected etc. I'm not suggesting the public needs to pat stallions however we were removed from the actual horses and only were able to experience the finished product. I loved the final mounted show which expressed actuate riding & displayed the amazing ability & control plus the

The rain did not dampen the splendid displays inside.

Excellent displays by horses and handlers, well worth the visit and it is not expensive. We were allocated front row seats in a very good position, and we could not fault the information and advice given by our guides. Inability to take photos is understandable but no-flash phone cameras these days should not be a problem. The selection of picture cards available were poor and not a good reflection of reality there.

Absolutely fantastic the highest of equestrian art

Loved the dressage movements team riding and show presentation seating was great everywhere. Bit hard to find park in streets and book on line We wanted to go but it was a detour from our route and one of the best things we have done. Don't miss it. The horses and riders were brilliant and really brought home the beauty of the Andalusian.

Impressive disciplined traditional horsemanship

Lovely venue well presented and enjoyable occasion.Amazing discipline of horses and rider competence. Good to see that a age old discipline is not lost .An appreciative audience enjoyed a performance so impressive with great sound accompaniment .
