What people are saying about Inverness
This is a long day, but well worth it. He cries are amazing and I learnt lots of history including some family history. Our guide Kenny was very entertaining and kept the tour on schedule. Excellent day
It was a very nice, long tour to the Isle of Skye and back with our fantastic, very funny and very well informed guide Alison. It's perfect if you are only in the Highlands for a day or the weekend. Although it was a long trip (12h), it was never boring. It should of be mentioned that Eilean Donan Castle is not really part of the program (the tour stops there if people want to go, but we were the only two and didn't want to force the group to spend an hour waiting for us). And if you have issues with English, you might not profit from the information given by your driver/guide, because the Scottish accent might prove a tiny problem there ;). But I totally recommend the tour! I had a great time :)
Sites wonderful. A longer photo stop on the Firth bridges would;ve been good. Thanks, John + Shinta.
The guide was very knowledgeable and considerate to the guests. The stops were well-designed for maximum comfort and exposure for the guests around the highlands and Skye. The guests had an option to pay for admission to the castles if they chose to, and were given plenty of time to explore the grounds of each stop.
Great trip and tour. Our bus driver and guide was very informative as well as humorous. The trip down the Loch was very scenic. The castle ruins were picturesque and quite amazing to think of the history that unfolded here.
