great day trip, good tour of the forbidden city, a jade factory, tea factory/chinese medicine place and the wall. However, the queue to get up to the wall in the cable car (also, cable car wasn't optional, we all had to pay for it) was at least 50 minutes plus 50 minutes down, we were given two hours so obviously we were late getting back to the bus and still only had max 30 mins on the wall. Tour guide was excellent though. Also, we weren't told the pick up time and location until 7.30pm the night before - perhaps give warning to your customers of when they will receive the message as we were a little worried that we had not heard anything.

This tour was really interesting and hit all the major tourist attractions in one day while also providing some more cultural attractions in the form of jade and tea. Since I was on a tight schedule it was excellent to be able to see it all and still have enough time to enjoy the city on my own before leaving. Our tour guide was knowledgeable which brought the depth of history to the places we visited. One recommendation: get the cable car ticket. If you don't get it now, you'll end up buying it when you're there because otherwise it takes like an hour of uphill walking to reach anywhere nice on the Great Wall.

This tour covered most of the main places to visit in Beijing in one day. Tour guide Jackson was very informative and helpful. There are two stops at a medical centre and perl shop which were made mentioned previously and in reviews. Even though I was expecting them it was not for me and I had no interest in either. I understand its possibly a way to make money, but I would rather pay extra on my ticket to not have these stops and use this time at the sites we were visiting. Other than that the tour was very good and I enjoy it along with the other members of our tour group.

We happened to hit Beijing during the Dragon Boat Festival, so Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City where very crowded, but we still enjoyed the sights. The Great Wall was amazing. Getting the cable car option is highly recommended. I’ve been to Badaling Great Wall, but I liked this (Mutianyu) site much better. The guide, Sabrina was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts about the sites we visited. Overall, 5-star tour!

Victor was a fantastic guide. Spoke great English and had a lot of history to share about China. We went on 15th Jan and I must say -11c was a bit cold in the AM before the sun came out. But much more pleasant during the day! Rug up if you go in winter! The mini van was clean and fresh and the driver was safe. Lunch was lovely. Overall a fantastic day and a great price!
