Full description
Your tour will start at the ticket office where you will check in, from here you will be escorted to the dressing room where you will recieve warm, water resistant overalls and life vests - sure to keep you comfortable whilst you cruise over the calm waters of the Atlantic. Once your group is ready you will be escorted onto the boat and into your seats. Once onboard you will be informed of all necessary safety regulations before heading out into the glimmering midnight sun.

You will arrive at your whale watching destination - Skjálfandi Bay, an area renowned for its rich wildlife, Víknafjöll and Kinnarfjöll mountain ranges. There are twenty different species of cetacean in Iceland, the most common being Humpback and Minke whales. If you're lucky, you may even get the chance to observe even rarer species; Orcas, Harbour Porpoises, Blue Whales, etc.

The small vessel you will travel on will allow your captain to get considerably closer to where the whales are swimming. After spending time out on the ocean taking in the scenery and spotting whales you will head back to your original starting destination.
