What people are saying about Hobart

Informative, enjoyable, best day out, would recommend everyone to do,.

We did the Hobart City Loop and Cascade Brewery tour, the Hobart city loop was very informative and the driver also gave some very good commentary which we all enjoyed, even the young ones on the bus. The Cascade Brewery was excellent, we had the best time, our Guide keep us all memorized by his stories about days gone past. His knowledge was incredible and we didn't want it to end, there was so much interesting facts to take in. We then back to the tasting room and enjoyed some beverages, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we also had lunch at the Restaurant which was very yummy and we all thoroughly enjoyed. It was very enjoyable we had a great day and would recommend anyone to do this. Thank you for a great day.

Excellent trip, with a great guide (Nigel)

We were lucky that we two, were the only people on this trip, so we had the guide to ourselves. Wed 28.2.2018 A short ride to the ferry, with Nigel, who took great care of our needs, and provided a very tasty packed lunch. We had his company to guide us round the two walks to the (painted cliffs, / fossil cliffs), whilst he explained various information about the island, and penal colony here. This guy was extremely friendly and so good to talk to, he was incredibly interesting, plus he shared a bit of his life with us. If we weren't on holiday from England we would have liked this man (Nigel) to be our friend, he was was so pleasant company.

Nice afternoon tour in a beautiful respectful reserve

The Bonorong reserve is full of people who are passionate about their job and the protection of animals. The place is fun for kids who get to feed kangaroos, hug koalas and wombats and see the Tasmanian devils. The location is amazing. However, note that it is very small. It will only take one hour of your time. Still, the visit is worth it and you get to contribute to the life of this wonderful reserve. Do that, followed by a visit to Richmond and you won't regret your tour...!

Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary Half-Day Tour from Hobart Reviewed by Anonymous, 11/21/2016

Good but only one hour in a Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary

It's was very nice to see the famous Tasmanian Devil You see also a lot of kangaroos, koalas and other animals Unfortunately, you stay only one hour inside , it's too short . Than you go visit a little town but I would prefer to stay in the sanctuary .. The guide, Sue, was very friendly and funny :)

Loved bonorong, wasn't much to do in Richmond

It was raining which didn't matter too much as Bonorong as I was too enthralled by the kangaroos, but there didn't seem much to do in Richmond. I'm sure the ice cream shop is great when it's warm but that seemed to be about it to do. We all got back on the bus before the allotted time to leave
