Everything went ok from airport to BSI bus terminal. Then given wrong color coded tickets for transfer to hotel which we paid for. We were not given details where to wait for shuttle hence waited & waisted 1 extra hour for next bus. Driver was nice enough to drive us to the correct hotel without us changing bus. Good overall service.

Cost effective and prompt service. No long treks or delays. Only issue is that online system did not offer me a means to specify a local drop off hence, at the main bus station, we had to ask how we could be transferred. Fortunately they did it without additional costs.

My daughter lives here in Iceland and we normally hire a car - this is our first experience of the bus transfer from the airport and we will be regular customers in the future thank you, Iain.

Great service, however once the transaction has been done a contact email/telephone number would be ideal for the people providing the actual service booked.
