Rio: Santa Teresa with Tram Ride & Selarón Steps Small Group
- Duration: 4 hours
- Private group
The tour exceeded our expectations. Van arrived on time, driver Philippe navigated confidently and safely through traffic and some very bad roads, and tour guide Marianna was knowledgeable, gracious and entertaining. She took photos of us at several stops and emailed them to us. We learned much about Brazil’s history and the sites we visited. When foggy rainy weather made the trip up Sugarloaf unappealing, she got us lift tickets good for a future visit.
This was absolutely wonderful, the guide ‘Marcelo’ is extremely friendly and welcoming, getting to the meeting point was easy, the boat was well equipped and had the most amazing staff. the drinks, the views, the pictures were all perfect to a point. I highly recommend this for anyone who’s in Rio de Janeiro! A truly unforgettable experience.
Once the food tasting got started the tour was good. For the first hour you take a trip to a church which is fine but most of the group was anxious to start tasting food. Definitely would be a better tour in my opinion if we started with at least a drink of some sort(Juice, etc) and then walked up to the church. Good tour overall.
Perfect from the start - great communication via WhatsApp for where to meet/directions etc and fantastic hospitality from there on. Stunning views of Rio from the boat which was exceptionally crewed by Matheus, Emma & Matt - plenty of info and drinks were kept flowing. Best way to see Rio!
What a great tour, cycling through Rio is a thrilling experience, I think there is no better way than absorbing this vibrant city by bike. This day was made perfect by our most friendly guide Casio. He was patience, told us a lot of things about Rio, it was a real pleasure for us.
