When I planned to take a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef, I was overwhelmed at all of the different companies that were offered. I am so glad I went with this company because it was worth every penny. The water was a little rough going out but each crew member was so kind in helping those who weren't feeling well and accomodating to them when they couldn't be present for all of the snorkeling and diving debriefings. When deciding whether or not to dive, I highly recommend it, although you could probably have a good time as well with just snorkeling. They were attentive to each passenger whether they were diving or just snorkeling. The food was incredible! Fresh fruit in the morning and afternoon, and a very healthy array of lunch items. They also had coffee/tea available in the morning and afternoon. Highly recommend! The crew was so special to this trip!

Despite the rain, our snorkeling tour took place as planned. The entire group including the crew was around 100 people. The crew spread a good mood and independently trained the divers and snorkelers while driving to the first of two stops, which took about two hours. The equipment including swimming suit was provided for the snorkelers. If you were unsure about snorkeling, you got a "foam belt" tied around your waist to be able to swim horizontally better in the water. In total you could snorkel around 1.5 h - 2 h. Lunch was served between the stops, which consisted of salads and pasta. On the way back there was a lecture about the Great Barrier Reef. It was a great experience not to be missed. Note: There is no changing room. If you also have health restrictions, you should inform yourself beforehand whether the excursion is possible.

A wonderful trip made even more special by a friendly and funny crew. The tour set of on time and there was plenty of room on the boat to move around and sit inside or out. the tea and coffee is a nice touch and lunch was very good. We felt they took safety very seriously and there were plenty of crew members to assist you both on the boat and in the water if needed. Thin, whole body suits were provided to prevent any stings etc although they are tough to get in and out of (at our age - LOL) We had some rain on the first dive/snorkel but the second was much clearer with an abundance of stunning sea life to view. Would definately recommend this operator to our friends.
