What people are saying about Grand Palace

We had an amazing day, well worth the money.

This tour is well worth the money. We had been booked on a group tour but when our tour guide, named X arrived, we were the only people and ended up on a private tour. We had thought about navigating around Bangkok ourselves but it was well worth booking this tour as a more convenient way to see all the sights in one go, without any hassle. X collected us from our hotel on time and we were also returned to our hotel. We were only in Bangkok for 2 nights and so it was important to us to see as much as possible. X was an excellent guide- very informative and he couldn't do enough to make sure we were ok. He even provided us with an umbrella when we were standing in the sun too long. The temples themselves are quite busy, but not overcrowded. Make sure you dress appropriately as they are quite strict- you have to cover up when inside the temple grounds and not just the temples themselves. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to others.

Short and concise tour of the best temples in Bangkok

Amy took us around the grand palace, wat Po, and wat Arun. She was very informative, gave us loads of facts about Thailand, she took loads of photos for us, bought us drinks and cold towels. This tour was great for us as we weren’t in town for long and wanted to see a lot in a short space of time. It would have been much more difficult without a guide who knew exactly where they were going and looking for. The highlight for us was the reclining Budda in Wat Po, Wat Arun is also really nice. Beware that it is a lot of walking in the hot sun though. So bring a hat and sun cream, and remember to dress appropriately for entrance to the temples. It’s not hard to buy or rent clothes to gain entrance if you do forget, which is what some of our group did.

Very insightful experience to a beatiful city

Sami our guide was very patient, informative and also very brief depending on what was being explained to us which was ideal as when the weather is 35C and sun blazing shorter and sweeter is more suitable in certain areas of the tour. Strongly Advise this tour and to include Wat Pho and Wat Arun as they are so close to each other. Also note to any guys visiting these temples 3/4 lengths are not good enough, if you don’t have anything your guide will point out street sellers on the walk there. Trust your rather come prepared coz you’ll end up wearing ladies bottoms.

Wonderful guide and best experience in Bangkok!

Our guide, Gune, was amazing at explaining the significance of each of the temples we visited, and at each stop within the Grand Palace. Gune and our driver arrived at our hotel early and we had no issues connecting with them. The van had air conditioning, and our guide kept us hydrated throughout the trip. We enjoyed the tour so much, we decided to grab a snack and skip lunch so we could see more of each location. Because I see it mentioned often in other reviews, we understood our guide’s English very well.

An amazing experience with an amazing guide

Mam was so nice and was a phenomenal tour guide. This was really cool, and she was so nice that when we asked Mam where to go for lunch after, she said she was going out for lunch and we should go with her. So we went to one of her favorite spots and the food was FANTASTIC. highly recommend to anyone hoping to see all the major temples. Also Mam allowed plenty of time for pictures and knew all the best spots to take them.
