Full description
Do you want to learn of the Arab legacy that still remains in the customs and neighborhoods of Granada? In the neighborhood of Albaicín there is a popular saying: "If you want to meet someone, just visit their house". For this reason, knowing the historical legacy that survives in the buildings that have lasted until today is a unique opportunity.

Your guided tour begins at the Square of San Miguel Bajo. It includes a series of monuments, that thanks to the Dobla de Oro project (in which both the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife and the City of Granada) have their maintenance and dissemination ensured.

The buildings that you will encounter throughout your tour are: Dar al-Horra Palace, Casa del Chapiz, the Palace (garden) of the Córdoba, Casa de Zafra, Casa Horno del Oro, El Bañuelo, and the Corral del Carbón. Each one of these places has a completely different function and use of space depending on the intention with which they were built. These buildings are a living sample of how the culture shows its passage through the monuments, and today, like a puzzle, it is possible to recreate their history.
