What people are saying about Granada

Glad we made this a priority, this is a must do.

So happy we included Alhambra on our journey. The tour was a bit long, and began with an hour long delay, and felt very long as it was done in two languages, so everything took twice as long. Smaller children would perhaps be very tired/bored and at times it was a lot even as an adult. The wood making shop was a great added bonus. The wine at the gift shop, and a 20 min break wasn’t as great, as the tour is already long. The guide did her best, answered questions, was expressive and informative and was interactive as much as possible. She made several stops just to fill us in on interesting details and for great photos. Definitely a bonus!

Unforgettable experience, everyone needs to do this once in their life

The tour was a life changing experience, it's motivated me to research this period of history to understand more about the Moorish influence on Spain. Our guide Antonio was wonderful, the tour would not have been what it was without him. He passionately and patiently explained the history and answered all of our questions. He is so knowledgeable and applies his knowledge to our time in history now. The grounds and buildings are very beautiful however what will remain with me is the message of the importance of unity from Antonio. Honestly I have not enjoyed a guided tour this much in 20yrs. Thank you Antonio.

Walk in Granada are the only tours you need.

I went with these guys for 3 different tours whilst in Granada and each one was brilliant. The guides are super friendly and super knowledgeable. My guide for this particular tour was the lovely Jenny! She dealt with everything perfectly and we had so much time to see everything and got so much information but not in an overwhelming way. Nothing was rushed. She even followed up with me after the tour had finished later that night to recommend to me a tour company for the Sierra Nevada once she found the information out from a colleague. How's that for customer service? :D

A beautiful and historically fascinating experience.

The Alhambra was breathtaking. Our guide (Natasha) was excellent. She provided a very informative and good humoured tour, answering all questions. At several intervals she invited the group to answer questions of her own about the possible use or identify of several objects and artefacts. We were given adequate time to take photographs at various points during the tour. A memorable experience enhanced by first class tour guide.

A bit rushed because of the size of the group

Our guide was a bit rushed and not very enthusiastic about the topic. Partly this was because he had to say everything in two languages. Finally all the Dutch speakers agreed that it would work if they received the information only in English and that was better but still contained only surface material that is readily available in travel guides.
