Food and tour great but boring Sarande time and 'dodgy' boat safety !

Excellent Guide, Butrint is very interesting. The Drink beforehand was welcome and the lunch, although very late for lunch, was both tasty and plentiful. Great hospitality. We were all concerned on the return trip when the wind got up and the boat became unsteady. We were on the top deck and the unsecured plastic chairs all toppled over with the people thrown over the deck. Some suffered cuts and abrasions and we all felt a little worried. We think, certainly on the outward trip from Corfu, that the boat had been overloaded with Albanians and their luggage(many suitcases) that I don't think were part of the original passenger manifest. We were all grateful to eventually turn to starboard, get away from the wind, and eventually get back to land at Corfu. Also, at no stage did we show our ticket either in Corfu or Albania so security is somewhat lapse...…...

Great opportunity to visit Albania and a unique Roman monument

Excellent tour of Albania and Butrint park with a very knowledgeable local guide who was a history student in that area. The time in Saranda after Butrint could have been used for a guided walk around the centre or a chosen monument. Instead we were left to walk around idly by ourselves for an hour. Clearer instructions could have been given for the arrival time at Corfu harbour as the pickup coach seemed to take a long time and then we waited in line for 40minutes at the harbour. Other than these details a really unique chance to visit a country that I might not have considered before.

Really loved the trip, guide was informative and gave us enough time!

The guide was lovely, she spoke good English and explained things quite well! The tour of the national park was brilliant, the park itself was lovely and there was lots of walking involved! The town of Sarandë was ok, it rained and we weren’t quite sure what to do in our free time but there is no one to blame but us as we didn’t researched what we wanted to see. Lunch was nice and there was a lot to choice, I paid few euro and had cake!

Overall worth visiting Albania for 1 day

If You have extra day in Corfu, it's worth visiting Albania. Well planed trip, informative guide, beautiful sightseeing's. I would't recommend doing it on your own, because at the end of the day, you will spend more. Good deal!

A great one day visit to Albania from Corfu.

The bus was very comfortable, the guide (Linda) was excellent - extremely knowledgeable, and the provided lunch was delicious. I highly recommend this activity to anyone considering a one day trip from Corfu to Albania .
