Very informative tour of three of Iceland's bigger attractions

The bus was very comfortable and was available for boarding / left the meeting point on time. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Having the tablets with the audio guides were helpful as well. We had some trouble with one of the audio guides partway through, so missed some of the commentary. It would have been a matter of asking for a new tablet to resolve the issue, I'm sure - we didn't bother as we were too taken with the scenery at the time. There was plenty of time to enjoy each of the attractions, have a quick bite and get in a little souvenir shopping, too. We thought we had booked the Blue Lagoon option, but found that our reservation didn't reflect this. We ended up booking the transportation only, which dropped us off after the bus tour at around 5:00 pm and had regular pickups until 10:15 pm, so it all worked out.

It was very good and the tour guide was excellent.

I was disappointed that Grayline could not arrange pickup at the Keflavik Airport. I received this message on Sept. 24: “Dear passenger, We regret to inform you that we are unable to pick you up at your preferred pickup location. Given your location it might be best if you could meet us at our main terminal, located at Klettagarðar 4, 104 Reykjavik. Please check in at our desk there fifteen minutes prior to your listed departure on your day of travel.” There was no mention of any Grayline transportation from Keflavik.

A great little adventure with kids and very convenient.

The tour itself was very nice. And booking was easy. All the main amazing nature attractions and convenient transportation in a small bus ending to a relaxing blue lagoon bath. Though the lunch hour at the geysirs was too busy so we had to gulp our food too fast to catch the bus. The actual travel agency didn't inform the pick-up spot very clearly so we almost missed the whole tour. So be careful to read all emails from start to end. The pickup place is in the end of one email not very clearly indicated.

Very knowledgeable tour guide in a bus that was cramped.

Excellent guide and even though he was not a native Icelandic, he covered a lot of facts that were reinforced by a tour done the next day by a different tour company covering South Island. He truly made our day very special. Of course the destinations were amazing and the weather was perfect. The experience was well worth the money but if you have long legs or even medium legs, you will be cramped. One suggestion is to ask patrons to keep their seats in an upright fashion.

Perfect your for one short day in Reykjavik

Our guide Darren was very knowledgeable and shares tidbits of Icelandic history that actually took hold and I used as my own knowledge the next day. Deciding later in the morning to do a tour we were lucky to get in on the Golden Circle Express Tour! I wish we would've had more time at the first stop - I could've spent hours exiting around the national park, 30min was definitely not enough time. Stop 2, the waterfall, was beautiful and the geyser was as reliable as ever.
