Full description
Begin your Apulian dining experience inside a gourmet restaurant in the bustling city center of Foggia. The restaurant is located behind one of the city's most historically significant cathedrals. Enjoy a four-course dinner consisting of a seasonal menu featuring meat and seafood sourced and fished fresh from the local coastal town of Gargano.

Throughout the dinner, be guided by an experienced Sommelier. They will provide you with insider knowledge about the dishes, the ingredients used, the processes required to make them, and the cultural significance and relationship between food and territory. 

During the evening, have the opportunity to sample locally sourced and manufactured wines from the Apulian and neighboring regions. Your Sommelier will share insight into the production process of the wine you are tasting and teach you how wine and food are paired in Apulia.
