Visit the Basilica of Santa Croce, the largest Franciscan Church in the world, situated in Santa Croce Square in Florence. It was built by Arnolfo di Cambio over a pre-existing church. Here you will find the Bardi and Peruzzi Chapels with frescoes by important Florentine artist Giotto, the Sacresty and the Pazzi Chapel by Filippo Brunelleschi.
