We were from NZ but the whole world was impacted by this tragic event.

Fantastic memorial, well created and reinforced by information from the past, present and thinking for the future. It sets the tone for positive outcomes and actions of us all as we work toward a better world. Pretty emotional at a number of places in the memorial. Focused is on what’s superficial And what is MOST important in life. We were so sorry so many good lives were lost before their time and send positive vibes to their families and friends.

If you really want to skip the line...get the priority ticket!!

Beautiful views. Sat at the bar and had our two drinks. Bought the “skip the line” ticket which meant you don’t have to wait in line at the ticket office... but you still have to wait in a slow moving line to get to the elevators. The guy in front of me was asking about why he was waiting in line when he bought a “skip the line” ticket.. The employee explained he needed a “priority" ticket to get around the line. A great thing to do when in NYC!!

It was gut wrenching and felt immediate rather than 18 years ago

The ticket purchasing process online was unnecessarily confusing and ambiguous, thus very time consuming; with two many different pages from ‘get your guide’ to 911.org to ‘one world’ to one-pass city pass etc and hard to determine if all the same and if all legitimate. We did ‘ skip the line’ tix and that was well worth it

Benoit made the tragic events seem like they just occurred.

Really appreciated the presentation that Benoit gave of the tragic events of 911. The extra insights were worth the cost of the Tour. You just don't get that kind of information from a book or website. I would recommend this tour (and tour guide) to anyone who visits NYC.

Poignant, sensitive, respectful and a true memorial to the fallen

So we’ll done, even with all the bitter memories on that bright blue day none of us can forget. This was my second visit and I saw more than I had seen the last time. Helps us never to forget the heroes, the fallen, and all the families marked by such a tragic day...
