What people are saying about Eiffel Tower

Good purchase to skip the line but needs one improvement

Having tickets to skip the line was great although I don’t understand why the meeting point had to be so far away from the tower. We are not from France therefore we don’t know the roads well. It was difficult to find, also once we recognised the location by noticing the group size, the name of the cafe mentioned on the meeting point page was not the name of the cafe where the group were located. Also the check in time took too long. Over 45 minutes to complete.

Fabulous location, delicious food and great service

Great value, considering that the ticket includes 1st level deck access and the lift pass. The attentive service was excellent and the food, both choice and quality, was very good. The view of the Seine, and beyond, was better than expected. The only negative was that, despite having prepaid, we had to wait about 40 minutes in the general lift queue before accessing the restaurant. Maybe a priority access provision could be considered.

The guide for our Eiffel Tower Tour was wonderful

With perhaps the exception of The Louvre, The Eiffel Tower is the one attraction people most want to see in Paris. Even with the Skip-the-Line tour, we still stood in several lines to get to the 2nd floor and then again to get to The Summit. The views were spectacular and well worth it, but it was a challenge for my 3-year old and my 6-year old to wait in those long lines (and for my wife and I to keep them entertained).

Good trip but lots of queuing for a skip the line event!

Our guide Aida was friendly and very informative.Joining arrangements were very good for this type of trip and punctual.Just a shame about all the queuing which withmodern technology could easily be avoided ie etickets not queuing once inside!!

Was very pleased with food and service, but not happy with lift ride.

They put everyone in line for lift no matter if you had reservations or not, which caused us to arrive after 12:00 even though we got there at 11:30. Should give people with reservations priority so they could arrive on time .
