After meeting outside Gladstone's Land, Lawnmarket, you will be guided through the streets of the Old Town. You will see and hear about the characters and events that shaped Edinburgh's past. Starting in the Lawnmarket and moving on to the Grassmarket and Greyfriar's before heading back onto the Royal Mile. While on your walking tour of the Royal Mile some of the locations you will see are St. Giles Cathedral, the Mercat Cross, John Knox House, Canongate Kirk and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The tour ends outside the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queen's official residence in Scotland.
