What people are saying about Dubrovnik

Good day trip to Montenegro. Pick up was on time, however, I wish the company would have contacted me to let me know in advance this was not going to be an english tour (which I booked), but spanish. It was not a pb for me, as I understand spanish and the guide/driver made sure to also translate for me part of the commentary, which is very much appreciated. However, if I would have been with any of my friends, this would be an issue, as none of them understands spanish. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, Montenegro is stunning! I was expecting the boat ride to be a bit longer though, as this is advertised as "boat trip to Kotor and Perast" tour. Small boat was just to Our Lady of the Rocks island and then from there to Perast. Perast and Kotor are both wonderful and have a relaxed athmosphere.

Be aware the activity level is high; this tour requires quite a bit of energy to bike and kayak across the islands. The kayaking takes close to an hour one way so be ready to exert yourself. While on land you do get to enjoy a quality local lunch and a swim in a beautiful secluded beach, the atmosphere is lovely but it takes effort to get there to enjoy it. And time is of the essence: We were rushed quite a bit to hurry on the bike and kayak to make sure we caught our ferry. This created quite a bit of stress and pressure from our guide which was unappreciated.

We were picked up very promptly by our driver/guide Martel in a clean minivan. There were only 5 of us on the trip in total therefore we crossed over the border extremely quickly and were in Montenegro literally less than an hour after being picked up. Martel was extremely friendly and offered lots of information about Montenegro. He recommended a lovely restaurant in Budva called Restaurant Jadran which my husband and I really enjoyed. We enjoyed visiting 3 towns in one trip so we could see more of Montenegro.

Pick up on time, the guide was excellent, really helpfull, very good english, and told us really interesting historical curiosities of the places we were passing by, and had a nice sense of humor as well. The van was new, clean and the Temperature inside was quite confortable. I wish we could have spent more time in Kotor (3h to visit is a little bit short to fully explore everything this old city has to offer).

Our tour was amazing. Ivo was the best guide. Not only did we do all in the itinerary, but he also vastly talked about Dubrovnik's history and was very friendly and chill throughout the whole day.
