What people are saying about Dubai

The reception staff are totally incompetent.

What should have been a relaxing experience for a special occasion turned into a stressful experience. I was so upset by this. The manager was not interested in anything i had to say.I called to book an appointment and explained my friend did not know what kind of massage she was going to have, the receptionist gave me a time so when i arrived they didn't have an appointment as i had not confirmed by e-mail. Then managed to find me one as they did not know it was for two people. There was a reference number that i quoted when i called that should have informed them of name or names or amount of people who were going to arrive. I eventually got my massage but was totally stressed and did not appreciate my experience. I am a frequent visitor to Dubai and have never encountered an experience like this any time i have been for a spa treatment before. The manager was just not interested.

Dubai: 1-Hour Treatment at The Burj Club Spa Reviewed by JAMES, 04/07/2019

Excellent tour of two of Abu Dhabi’s highlights

This was an excellent tour - the mosque is absolutely stunning and Riz our guide was incredibly informative about the building of the mosque and the wonderful architecture and superlative decoration. It was fun wearing the abayas as well. The Louvre was also well worth a visit. It contains a very good collection (although it would have taken a day or two to see it all properly). The Dutch Golden Age exhibition was also very interesting. It was a very well planned tour with shuttles to a central meeting/ drop off point ( so no interminable tour of every hotel in Dubai picking people up) plus the group size was 10 people on the day we went which was ideal. Riz the guide was excellent and full of information on the UAE.

You need 3-4 hours at the Museum and a further 3-4 hours at the Mosque

Only wish I we had more time to enjoy these places properly, the museum building is a work of architectural beauty and the multi-media guide was helpful to use and understand the exhibits. We then visited the Grand Mosque at sunset, the timing a real treat. The place is very popular and of immense beauty and intricate design. It was the highlight of my visit to the Middle East. Definitely recommend people include a tour from Dubai or better still revise your schedule to include a few days in Abu Dhabi.

Fantastic day trip to two must see highlights of Abu Dhabi

We have had a great day with our guide Faisal Rizwan who was very open and friendly and gave a lot of interesting information on Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the sites we visited. The grand mosque is really impressively beautiful and the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum with its architecture and briljant art collection through all times was also fantastic to visit. A must do trip for all travelers.

Highly Recommended - a wonderful way to spend a day

Great day and a great guide, Riswan (if I have spelled his name correctly) whose bubbling enthusiasm and passion for statistics livened up the day no end. We could have used a bit more time in the Louvre even if it meant a bit less in the mosque. My only niggle was the minibus which was noisy and not particularly comfortable, but just about OK for an hour or so.
