The rich flavors of Far East Asia delight diners at Junsui, which means pure in Japanese. Bathed in Swarovski crystals, this stylish dining room and cocktail lounge offer an opulent setting for a spectacular culinary journey. 

Eight live cooking stations let you see each masterpiece come to life before your eyes. A team of no less than 25 chefs dreams up mouth-watering creations from a diverse selection of only the finest ingredients. Drawing on influences from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and Korean dishes, the open plan kitchen makes for truly interactive dining at its finest.

Sushi bar:
California hand roll, selection of maki roll, gunkan, tako and unagi
Selection of sashimi –tuna, salmon, ika, ebi, hamachi, crabstick

Seafood on ice:
razor clam, blue crab, prawn, green mussel, oyster, clams

Asian salads:
glass noodle salad, Thai seafood salad, kimchee, honeydew prawn salad, Thai beef salad

Japanese and Korean stations, including:
teppanyaki station: beef, prawns, chicken, calamari, mussels

Hot dishes: kimchee seafood fried rice, Japanese niku jaga, dakjjim (Korean chili ginger chicken), miso soup

Thailand, Indonesian and grill station: chicken satay, lamb skewer, beef skewer, kambing masak kicap, seafood tom yam soup, nasi goreng, mee goreng aceh

Peking duck station: crispy Peking duck served with Hoisin sauce accompanied with cucumber and leek. char siew chicken
Dim-Sum station: har gao, siew mai and vegetable dumpling with XO sauce
Chinese wok station: wok fried beef black pepper, sweet and sour fish, kung pao chicken
