What people are saying about Dubai

Great value for an overview of Dubai city in half a day!!

An enjoyable half day tour of Dubai city. A well organised tour and very nice guide who managed to keep track of everyone on the tour. He spoke good English and German. It was a very hot day but the bus had great air conditioning. We had enough time at all the stops per itinerary. The bus is unable to go close to the Burg al Arab so it was a bit hot to walk all the way but still able to take a photo from the distance. I thought the Fort museum was great. His Royal Highness’s Palace was great to see also. The Abra ride to the Souks was fun. The souks were as expected a lot of annoying people trying to sell you their gold and spices. It just puts me off looking and perhaps buying. But all the same good to experience it. I thought it was fabulous value and took the hassle out of trying to visit in the heat by ourselves. I would therefore definitely recommend this tour!!

A touristic taste of the Dubai desert...

Mohammed Urs was a friendly and knowledgable guide. He arrived early to collect us and waited patiently for us to get ready. On arrival at the desert centre, he did not push us to take extra activities or buy from the shop etc and offered us free water and a drink later. I opted for the additional quad biking, whilst my wife and daughter did the camel ride - which my wife felt was far too short. My daughter felt sorry for the camels, which appeared to be coerced into the routine of lifting and dropping tourists every 3-4 minutes. The highlight for my family was the ‘dune bashing’ which they found thrilling. Unfortunately, I suffer from motion sickness and found it hellish...:). The sand-boarding amounted to one slide down a dune each. Overall, given the touristic format, my family found it to be a very good experience...they would do it again...I wouldn’t...!

A perfect and fun way to experience the desert!

I had a great time out in the desert, a wonderful landscape and fun activities!! Our guide Siddique made everyone feel safe (already for the pick up, he let me know his car's number plate to make sure I don't get in the wrong car as I'm a solo traveller) and during the dune bashing, which was so exciting and fun, he always made sure everyone was feeling okay and enjoying themselves. I also got to try sandboarding, our guide gave us good instructions and all of us managed to do it, even if it took a few tries ;) the little camel ride was also a cool experience. Another great thing was that the guide took pictures of everyone, even a little "photo shoot" on top of the dunes so we all ended up with great pictures of ourselves in the desert or on a camel. Thank you Siddique for a great tour!

Great experience with one minor negative

Great experience for a good price. Our guide, Mohamed Urus, was a prompt, courteous and informative guide both during the journey out and back and the safari itself. The brief camel ride and particularly extended desert bashing session were very enjoyable, and really showed off the dunes and landscape. Sole negative point was overeagerness to sell “extras” once at the safari startpoint on the edge of the desert. For example, providing headscarves for the camel ride, and only whilst putting them on you (without being asked, leading you to think they were part of the price) informing you how much they were, and reacting a little tersely when you declined to purchase it, or indeed any other items from their small shop or extras available such as quad biking.

An Amazing and memorable Desert Safari with Get your Guide- Nasir

Probably the best we've experienced so far, a thumbs up to both the company as well as our amazing driver Nasir . We enjoyed all the activities and each one was very special in it own way, the Camel ride, the Sand Dune ATV Quad Bike, the Desert Safari in the Toyota Land-cruiser and to finish it all, the Sand boarding on the dune. A must do to all visitors going to Dubai.
