Guide was very well known. She would even be recognized by a lot of the tour guides along the way whom she either worked or trained before. She really is a very experienced guide and has a lot of stories but best part about her is that she doesn't tell them in a way that it feels like your in a class and it gets boring. She tells the important details and some extra info and gives you enough time to be on your own and have the experience of being in the Holy Land not just to take pictures but to just to enjoy the city of peace. She treats everyone like adults which I like and not baby anyone, and gives direct and simple instructions as to where to meet up after.

Mount Olive part was great , so was the Western wall , but 10 minutes at the Holy Sepulchre absolutely not enough. This is one the most important churches in the history of Christianity and we were given 10 minutes by our guide to explore. Afterwards , we were spent two hours at the Holocaust museum. I know that Holocaust is very important for Jewish people , but the time spent at different places should be more balanced. This trip wasn’t . Don’t advertise the Holy Sepulchre if you stop in front of the Church for 10 minutes, it is misleading your potential customers , tourists.

I was really happy to have booked this guided tour through Jerusalems old city. Anna, our guide, gave us detailed information to many aspects of modern and ancient times in Jerusalem, Western Wall, Armenian, Christian, Arabian, Jewish Quarter, and many aspects of different emperors, Muslims, Hebrews and Jesus ways in Jerusalem. She also showed us a nice cafe for a rest and gave us many advice for restaurants, markets, food, museums and the Holocaust-Forum. Four hours passed so quickly... I would highly recommend her and the tour!

Olga was excellent. Knowledgeable and personable. She made every effort in a very busy time to keep her large group together. Many strayed for their own interests and caught up later. Too bad as they missed a super tour!! Her timing was impeccable as well! Terrific tour guide with accurate history info and stories! Thx much. Barb & Lionel ps. we are 80 and found it very worthwhile!

The tour was very well organized, our guide Giora Sarid was very helpful and we enjoyed his detailed explanations of the many wonderful places and things he presented to us. We also appreciated his patience in answering our many questions.
