The tour guide was very good and delivered information in a warm and friendly manner . However, it was hard to hear the audio if you were sat outside at the back. May benefit from some additional speakers at the back of the boat (and maybe a few blankets. Can get very cold in November!)

My recommendation is to board if possible at the first stop, Ved Stranden, as by Nyhavn all the side seats inside are taken, as are the best seats on the outside deck. That said, it is a worthwhile and enjoyable hour; unfortunately, ours was in the rain and/or under grey skies.

The cruise covered most of the same ground as the free walking tour we’d taken and was given in both Danish and English (the guide switched between them and repeated himself over the microphone). It was comfortable and scenic, and we were able to get a seat on the boat by showing up just a few minutes before departure. I recommend first going to the leaving point to check the times and redeem the voucher for tickets.
