What people are saying about Chuncheon-si
This was a really great tour overall & I can highly recommend it. The tour gathered exactly where it said it'd. The guides led us to the buses and we departed on time. Our guide Jennifer was an absolute delight from the very beginning. She shared with us a lot of information regarding Korean history and culture. Our first stop was Petite France. Now, I wasn't super excited about this place to begin with but I can recommend the hiking trail for a good view. The next stop was Nami Island. The lunch is before taking the ferry to the Island. I had paid for my lunch with my ticket; Jennifer was really amazing & ordered for me and because I was traveling solo she made sure I had my food & soft drink. I honestly felt extra taken care of and I couldn't be more grateful. The island itself had many cool spots to see and was a very nice walk overall. Next was Garden of Morning Calm. We came during the light festival and it was so beautiful! It was a great tour and special thanks to Jennifer!!
We really enjoyed Nami Island and the Garden of Morning Calm especially with all the beautiful fall leaves. The tour was well organized and gave us enough time to enjoy everything, but we would have preferred more time at Nami Island. It was really nice not to worry about purchasing tickets and waiting in lines. The tour guide Jason was energetic informative and pleasant.
Wonderful trip from beginning to end. The day went to plan without any mishaps. Tour guide Lammi spoke excellent English and was very interactive. The morning calm was exceptionally beautiful and worth a visit in addition to Nami island. The rail bike was fun with beautiful views! Advise a coat and a comfortable pair of shoes at this time of year.
We booked this on a whim, so we weren't expecting much. The tour was quirky (i.e. the petite france theme park) but overall the experience exceeded our expectations! We loved Nami Park but probably would have ditched the Theme Park in favor of more time there. The final stop at the garden was amazing and definitely an unexpected highlight.
Our Tour Guide was Jade. She speaks fluent English and seems knowledgeable about the places to be visited. She gave a little talk about history and some facts. She even recommend a restaurant for lunch (but the food tastes bland in my opinion).
