What people are saying about Chiado Square

Our guide Madalen made this tour exceptional!

Lisbon is a wonderful city with a lot to offer, this tour covers three very interesting and different neighborhoods. Madalena is one of the best guides: very personable, she spends time knowing everybody. The tour itself was very entertaining, Madalena has a lot of very interesting facts about points of interest and shares them with a lot of humour making history facts very entertaining. Also the tour includes convivial food tasting in Lisbon topped by a wine and tapas sampling. Awesome job Madalena. k

Nice tour for the first day of your stay in Lisbon

The tour was nice, although it wasn't so easy to find the guides in the first place. Pedro took his time and answered all the questions, the atmosphere was very good and we learned a lot about the habits and local gastronomic specialities. This tour is escpecially good for the start of your journey in Lisbon since you get to know nice places for views, where to eat etc. .

short professional performances in a comfortable venue

Found the venue without too much trouble, and our tickets were waiting for us in the ticket office. The show was punctual, both at the start and the finish, and all musicians were of a high standard. Thoroughly enjoyed the language and background scenes, and 50 minutes was probably long enough Consider ing the language difficulties.

Miguel gave a terrific overview of Lisbon history, with treats.

A walk around the neighborhoods of Lisbon with Miguel’s delightful storytelling that brought the history alive. We met a local woman selling the local ginjha liquor, ate pastry and bruschetta, learned how to buy metro tickets (very practical!) and had an excellent, personalized intro Lisbon.

The visit was excellent and adapted for our kids (age 8 to 13)

Rossana had an excellent French and knew how to keep the kids attention with funny historical details. The walk was not too difficult and not too long with 2 stops. We saw all the landmarks of the different parts of Lisbon. A must do especially at the beginning of the visit.
