Home to 8,000 animals belonging to 600 different species, ZooParc de Beauval covers an area of around 30 hectares. With your day admission ticket you’ll encounter extraordinary animals, including white tigers, white lions, manatees and okapis.

Some of the species living at Beauval are found nowhere else in France, such as the koalas, tree-kangaroos and giant pandas.

Marvel at the agile and playful sea lions as they show off their amazing balancing skills in the incredible surroundings of a completely renovated aquatic amphitheater – complete with a sea lion slide and diving platform!

At the heart of a new 3-hectare extension is an amphitheater seating 3,000 people. See owls, pelicans, cranes, storks, ibis, parrots and birds of prey take part in an incredible aerial ballet!

New attractions include a hippopotamus enclosure, including a beach, river and waterfall. Also new is an African biotope, an extension to the park that features an aquatic habitat and native African animal and bird species.

THANKS TO THE FOUNDER

Absolutely beautiful site! Elephants, giraffes, big cats, etc ... live on very large surfaces leveled as close as possible to reality. For some people, there is an express request for research, as in nature. Pandas, koalas, and 1000 animals are apparently happy. The shows are fabulous - the one with the birds, birds of prey to any other breed gives off an immense emotion, at the end, 500 birds roaming free in the sky, all colors, alone or in a brigade, it is a symbol of peace and freedom that draws tears ... the park is huge and well organized. Free cable cars allow you to cross the park from north to south (after 6 hours of walking we appreciate) - We come out with pictures full of head and ... happy. When you can, exploring this large park in two days is ideal - Frankly the entrance fee is justified.

Great zoo with extensive enclosures

Really very nice zoo, definitely worth seeing if you are in the area. Of course with a lot of visitors, but they are well distributed in the huge area. Our favorites: of course the PANDAS (feeding time around 16:00), the sea lion show and the hippo enclosure. Or the lions, or ... ticket worked well, we could go straight through the corresponding entrance.
