Excellent restaurant. Voucher less satisfactory.

A wonderful experience watching the sites of Sydney while enjoying delicious food. The voucher was less satisfactory in that it did not arrive till a day after buying (the day of the event) and the Australian phone number was constantly engaged.

Staff were fantastic , friendly and still Aussie .

Only downfalll was the automatic voice announcement, an American accent . Disappointed that it can't be an Aussie talking

Great service, customer service and value for money

Used Go Sydney Shuttle when arrived in Sydney. My flight was delayed 40min and i obviously missed my Shuttle. Not their fault. They aparantly monitor the flight so when I called they knew who I was. Was offered next service free of charge. Had to wait 20min. I think it’s a good service given it’s a shared and a budget option travelling in the expensive Sydney.

Fabulous views, excellent customer experience and service

I went to the tower in the evening and the views were fabulous. It was great to be able to walk all the way around, the queues were short and it wasn’t crowded. It was also great being able to have a cup of coffee and snacks up at the top whilst watching the view. I left my iPad up on the observation deck and was obviously very concerned when I got to the bottom of the tower that I had lost it for good, but when I went back in the staff at the bottom were really helpful and said they’d send me back up where my iPad was waiting with a member of staff. I got it back and was very encouraged that they asked me to put in my password in to make sure I was the owner, which I did. It was very reassuring to know that they wouldn’t have let just anyone take it. Avery pleasant evening out, a great attraction and really helpful staff.. what more could a tourist ask for?
