What people are saying about Castries
The tour was a one of a kind experience since our guide picked my wife and I up at the resort and took us around basically the whole island. The tour guide took his time to explain the rich history of Saint Lucia as well as encouraging us to ask questions. Our tour guide was very patient with us as we took our time to scrub the sulfur mud on ourselves and then had to let it all dry. The other tours there with the hotels seemed very rushed and I felt sad for them. Our tour guide took us to some very unique locations and took us to a sports bar for lunch that was delicious and the food was very inexpensive. The tour guide brought us some of the Piton beer to try and waters.
Edan was our guide for the day and collected us in a nice Toyota Previa, lots of space and nice and cool. He took us to all the places listed and some others including Rum Tasting and a local bakery followed by lunch by the harbour. We has lot of photo opportunities with Edan taking us to best vantage points. Great day. and Edan was both knowledgeable and good company. It was also cheaper than the tour offered by the hotel and I booked online once I was there.
Very fun and beautiful cruise down the west coast of St. Lucia. We saw the Pitons, experienced the sulfur springs, saw Soufriere, had a very interesting tour of a plantation, enjoyed lunch, and snorkled. The crew was excellent - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Lunch was in a beautiful setting, but the food was so-so. And they forgot to pick us up at our hotel. I had to call to remind them. Everything else was perfect!
Picked us up right on time at our resort. Car was superclean, Devlin provided super personal service and showed us a great time. Lunch in Soufriere was the best local food we had all week. Resorts are not where to get local fare, so Devin answered our request with the best on the island.
The tour covered the main sites in St Lucia. Reasonable value for money, although the price did not include lunch or admission to the Botanical Garden. Our guide, Bruno, was very informative, and we were lucky that we were the only people on the tour so could adjust timings to suit us.
