Good basic tour, great guide, they should skip Naples

We took a full day bus trip from Rome to Naples and then on to Pompeii. The bus was comfortable and the guide was good. He gave the tour in four different languages, which was fine, I had no problems with that. We split into two groups in Naples so that our group only had two different languages. The stop in Naples was a little interesting, but so short and the time would have been better spent in Pompeii. The coral factory stop was only 15 minutes and I see some folks online complained, but it was no big deal. We just went outside and shopped the street vendors directly in front of the factory. The food for lunch was terrible and I would recommend just buying your lunch from the vendors outside the hotel where we stopped for lunch. The tour of Pompeii was a couple of hours, which for my teenage children was just perfect. I could have wandered around the town all day, but this tour was great for them to give them an overview of the important sights there. Easier than doing it alone

Excellent day out with splendid tour of Pompeii.

Very comfortable coach but it required an early start and we didn't get back until 8.30pm. Our brief tour of Naples was on the coach and there was no opportunity to actually walk round any part of Naples so the title of this tour is quite confusing. The included lunch was very good. The guide taking us round Pompeii was very knowledgeable and interesting. The walk was quite long and difficult on cobbles and large stones. There was a long wait of more than an hour before we were escorted to the coach. We then had a long wait for another coach to transfer and receive people who were on a 2 day tour. This made our journey back to Rome at least 2 hours later than could have been done if it had been better organised. I would recommend this activity but NOT Absolutely...!!! There was too much time wasted during the day which spoilt our experience.

Fantastic trip to Naples and Pompeii, everything was taken cared!

We were little hesitant to book this tour because of the early starting time, but the tour operator made everything easy. Given us transport to & from to the starting point from hotel. This was a well organizes, informative, enjoyable tour everyone should do if you have a day to spare. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, Falio (sorry I guess I got your name correct), Victoria & the driver three cheers for these guys. Recommend this trip for a family with kids or adults. Time in Naples was short but overall Well done!

Great Day Out - Interesting and Informative

The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Pompeii was great but we felt that more could have been seen. There were many houses we never saw but was possibly due to time constraints. As we spent time in Naples, 3 hours were allocated to Pompeii.
