Full description
On this 8.5-hour tour you’ll first visit Teror and explore its historic and artistic center. Admire the basilica dedicated to the island’s patron and take a walk along the old streets to see the typical wooden Canarian balconies.

Next, head to the historical city of Arucas. Prepare to be amazed by the impressive church of San John the Baptist, built of dark volcanic stone. Stroll through the historical streets and squares. Proceed then to Firgas, the so-called Village of Water. After wandering around the beautiful water cascades and cozy little historical center, you'll have the opportunity to sample typical tapas.

After lunch, stop for a brief visit of the Moya Village, situated on the edge of a cliff with an interesting view point. Depart from there for your next adventure: a 30-minute hike through the Tilos de Moya Natural Reserve.

Head then to the Valley of Agaete, a hidden green tropical valley and visit a family coffee plantation to taste their delicious coffee.

Puerto de las Nieves is a small fishing port on the west coast. You’ll have time here to spend on the volcanic beach, by the natural pools or to walk around the village.

I had an amazing day excursion around the western coast of the island. The tour was breathing! We visited many places tourists don’t normally know about. Povel was an amazing guide who provided so much interesting information during the whole day. I recommend everyone go to this trip! You won’t regret it!

We had a fabulous day with Pavel. He is a superb guide, extremely knowledgeable, and full of energy and enthusiasm. He explained all visits during the day in great detail and was very approachable when questions were asked. It was a most enjoyable full day’s trip but made very special because Pavel was our guide. Alisha (I think that is her name) drove the bus wonderfully well through the steep narrow roads and is obviously an extremely competent driver. All in all a memorable day. Many thanks. Liz and Chris.

Definitely worth doing! We got to see many different unexpected sides of GC, plus got a little Spanish crash-course :) The tour is an easy way to get a first impression of the island. Also the guide, Pawel, did an excellent job! He motivated the crowd and was very relaxed and friendly while telling us about the history and background of GC.
