If you are a curious person, this is a great dinner and program to learn about the Tjapukai culture. We dinned on crocodile and kangaroo, something we would not have tried had we not attended this. The connection of fire, animals, birds, music and dance is explained and demonstrated very well. Note: Get Your Guide needs to make it clear that this does not include transport from hotel. Our reservation stated we would be picked up at our hotel and would have to make our own arrangements for return. I called the G.Y.G. help line to verify that this was in fact true. I also asked about the availability of UBER for our return. The person at G.Y.G. said I was reading it correctly and yes UBER was an option for return trip to hotel. On the evening of the event we were standing at our hotel waiting for a pickup that never came. We called the Cultural Center and they informed us we had not purchased the transport even though the invoice from G.Y.G. stated we did.

This was a very different experience to your standard night out - but really enjoyable. The food was varied and good but the traditional aboriginal fire ceremony, singing and didgeridoo were all fantastic with a truely spectacular finish at the end of the night. Very different but incredibly enjoyable
