Full description
The most famous craftsmen set up their ateliers in the courtyards. This is a long weekend to discover the best handcrafts, to learn how to make the original, crispy “pane carasau”, to sip a good cannonau wine and to visit a ancient site escorted by an archeologist (on request with a surcharge).

Cortes Apertas is a popular event in central Sardinia held during every weekend in Autumn, a different village organizes a festival during which time you will be able to enter the houses of the inhabitants for a delicious tasting of typical sweet and savory products. Travel by minivan for 1 or 2-hours, depending on the village in which the festival is taking place. As soon as you arrive, start with a walking tour along the main streets where artisans and local producers have set their stalls. During the festival, some villages offer a flokloristic procession of traditional dresses and music.

In these small Sardinian villages credit cards may be not accepted, for this reason, bringing some cash with you is recommended. This tour will take about 9-hours, including transportation.
