What people are saying about Buenos Aires

A very good way to get to know the city.

The start of the tour was delayed by 30 minutes. The guide was very knowledgeable but did not outline the overall scope and structure of the tour at the beginning. Tour involved quite a lot of walking but also travelling between the different districts of the city by auto bus and subway, which the guide managed well. Compared with the Hop-on/Hop-off bus which we took the following day, the walking tour gave a better opportunity to view the districts visited at a more leisurely pace and take photographs, although the area covered was naturally not as extensive. The historical in-put at each of the areas visited was good but on some occasions a more detailed description had to be prompted by specific additional questions. It was quite a tiring day but well worthwhile and I would be happy to recommend it to other tourists.

The Best of Buenos Aires: Full-Day Walking Tour Reviewed by Robert, 12/22/2018

More sights, more fun, and even better than we expected!

When we signed up for the tour of the Colon Theater we didn't expect to have an afternoon of sightseeing along with the theater tour. Our guide met us at the appointed hour and, since the appointed tour was full, she bought tickets for a later hour and took us on a walk all around the downtown area. She was a wealth of information on Buenos Aires history and culture. She even took us on a bus ride and showed us how to get around on our own. This was a great introduction to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the walk as much as the tour of the theater--which was a special experience also.

Best 3 hours you could spend to get acquainted with the city.

Great native guide with good English but passion for her city and its history. The three stops at Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and Recoleta Cemetery were short but enough to get to see other nearby sights and were well narrated. Van was quite comfortable, pickup was early, our group of 9 was a comfortable size. Guide did a great job of pointing out sites in the city as we traveled from place to place giving detailed histories. Well worth the time and the price--actually a bargain well worth it.

Good overview of Buenos Aires and good guide

We enjoyed the core part of the tour. We were picked up at 2 pm but actual tour only started at 2.45. No fault of guide, but a few no shows. Suggest one central meeting point. Everything felt a bit rushed after that. Perfect English spoken and deep knowledge of guide (Patricia) enhanced trip. Possibly make room for a few more personal titbits and recommendations.

Fantastic way to get your bearings of Buenos Aires

We did the South tour of Buenos Aires through parts of the city I probably would never have visited had it not been for the bike tour. The bikes are relatively slow and heavy, but perfect for a flat ride through the streets and the Eco park. If you like to cycle, I would highly recommend the tour.
