What people are saying about Buenos Aires

Great tour, great guide, would definitely recommend

Nicolas was a super guide! Funny and really knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a glimpse/introduction of Buenos Aires! I did it on my first day, which was perfect, since I could take Nicolas' suggestions into account and explore more on my own.

Best 3 hours you could spend to get acquainted with the city.

Great native guide with good English but passion for her city and its history. The three stops at Plaza de Mayo, La Boca and Recoleta Cemetery were short but enough to get to see other nearby sights and were well narrated. Van was quite comfortable, pickup was early, our group of 9 was a comfortable size. Guide did a great job of pointing out sites in the city as we traveled from place to place giving detailed histories. Well worth the time and the price--actually a bargain well worth it.

It was a great tour - definitely recommend it.

We thought the tour was great - the only suggestion I would make is it would have been nice to stop at the graveyard as well. The hotel pickup was good, friendly staff & comfortable bus ride.

Buenos Aires: Half-Day Sightseeing Tour Reviewed by Sharyn, 04/07/2019

What a lovely, relaxing day outside Buenos Aires city!

Our guide/driver Marcelo was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our stop at the town center of San Antonio de Areco was brief but relaxing to see the local provincial life and a silversmith gallery for Gaucho ornaments. The ranch is lovely, and the owner's son, Pablo, was very gracious, he mingled with guests, and even led the horse ride - it's very humble of him. The horse ride was also amazing, but be prepared to get your shoes and pants dirtied with mud otherwise choose the carriage option. The lunch was also sumptuous and abundant. What we like the most about this tour is that it only caters to small groups, so it's a very refreshing trip even if the drive is 1.5 hrs each way.

A must! Had a lot of fun, delicious food, great people, lovely horses

Had such a great time. A nice break from Buenos Aires. Learned a ton about Gaucho culture as well as Argentine traditions. The tour guide who took us there was so knowledgeable and friendly. Don Silvano kept feeding us and the food was delicious (especially the empanadas). The horse ride was so calming. Our guide at the ranch, Pablo was entertaining and so hospitable, as well as teaching us all things Gaucho and how to make a mate. The day wasn’t fast paced but a lot was crammed in. The lunch was never ending food and drink (wine). The music and dance show was excellent (they also make you dance). And the the Gaucho horse skills show at the end was also very entertaining and funny. A gift shop with lovely Argentine goods was on the premises but I never felt pressured to buy anything. And then ended with delicious Argentine pastries and mate tea. Everyone was so hospitable and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A great day to get away from Buenos Aires and it’s not too far away.
