Full description
Explore the charming town of Eger on this memorable full-day tour. This beautiful baroque-style town is home to many historical monuments and Ottoman minarets.

Start your visit along the 13th century castle and learn about the important role that this castle has played in Hungary's history. Next, visit the basilica and the minaret in the beautifully preserved baroque city center.

Then, head off to visit the "Valley of the Beautiful Women" in the center of Eger's wine region. This is the home of Hungary's most famous red wine Bikavér, meaning bull's blood. Here, enjoy a 2-course lunch in one of the most picturesque wine cellars in the valley.

At lunch you will have the chance to taste three types of wine. After lunch walk along the wine cellars and try the local selection of red and white wines.

You will be dropped off in the city center at the end of the tour.
