Well organised from when you arrive at the Visitor Centre. It was very busy and we went in January so sure it is far more so in the summer but I think they manage the numbers well. You can leave your coat, get a headset where you pick up the guide speaking. Ours was very entertaining and funny as well as knowledgable. Well worth a visit. Takes about an hour in all with a look round an exhibition on the way our - includes the Red Star that was on the top of the parliament during communist times !!

The guide was very knowledgeable but in no way was this a unique tour. This is the same tour everyone gets at a specified time. You could walk in the visitors center and buy a ticket and end up with the same group... but you do get to skip the line. In any case, beautiful building and definitely worth it!

The parliament is really unique, the view is great and the architecture is also outstanding. It's a short tour if you want to take pictures, you are in a constant movement. However it's still feasible if you don't mind missing a few details by staying behind. The guide was very friendly and funny but talked too fast sometimes.
